HOW TO APPLY

How to enter

All you need is the entry form and your work. There is no online registration and no entry fee.

Complete the entry form

Download the form and fill it in. Describe your work in the “Work description (technical specification)” field. One form per work is required.

Prepare 2 copies of the work

Submit two identical pieces per work. Maximum size is 2 m × 2 m. Please seal them securely so they are not damaged before the exhibition.

Deliver by post or in person

Send your entry to the association or bring it in yourself. Deadline 6 Nov (Fri) 18:00 KST — for postal entries, a postmark of 6 Nov is accepted.

Entering as a company? Please enclose a copy of your business registration certificate. Everything else is set out under “Full details” below.

Who can enter

Anyone may enter, as long as the work was produced using screen printing (serigraphy).

Entries are accepted in three categories. Please mark your category on the entry form.

Commercial printing

Labels, membrane switches, signage, POP, packaging and more

Art & textile printing

Textiles, apparel, direct-to-garment, transfer and hybrid printing

Printed electronics

PCBs, solar panels, touch panels, semiconductors and more

Notes on completing the form
One form per workIf you enter several works, complete a separate form for each. (1 work = 1 form)
Two piecesYou must submit two identical pieces of each work.
Company entriesEntries made in a company's name must enclose a copy of the business registration certificate.
Before you send your work packing · rights · return
PackingSeal your work securely so it is not damaged before the exhibition.
Frames should be prepared to the same specification regardless of the size of the work.
RightsResponsibility for portrait rights and for any misuse of authorship rests entirely with the entrant.
Return of workEntries are not returned.

Technical execution 40Colour accuracy, ink coverage and curing, image sharpness, technical difficulty
Creativity & aesthetics 25Originality of design, fit with the medium, visual impact and finish
Innovation 20Use of new technology, use of AI
Commercial & functional value 15Marketability, functional performance, impact on the industry
Bonus +2Use of environmentally friendly materials

The “Public Choice Award” is decided separately from the judging score, by an on-site public ballot during the preview exhibition. Votes are counted up to 6 December; the exhibition continues until 12 December.
